I visited Lola Jeans with my friends on a Sunday afternoon and we had a great time. The place is beautifully decorated with chandeliers, murals, and vintage furniture. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and relaxed. We ordered some of their signature burgers and cocktails, and we were not disappointed. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with generous toppings and sauces. The cocktails were well-made and refreshing, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. We especially enjoyed the Lola's Lemonade, a vodka-based drink with lemon, elderflower, and mint. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drinks. We paid about £20 per person, which included a burger, a side, and a cocktail. The portions were satisfying and we left feeling full and happy. Lola Jeans is a great place to go for a casual and fun night out. The food and drinks are delicious, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is cozy and charming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bar and restaurant in Newcastle city centre.
Steak Frites was delicious with amazing sauce. Good portion size ! Unfortunately the "Ultimate" prawn dirty fries had at most 2 prawns in and the chips were really salty - not good value for money on the sides. Service and drinks were good.
I went in for a late lunch (about 2pm) on a Friday and there were a few empty tables. It's table service and I was quickly brought a menu and asked for a drinks order. They have a lot of different things on tap but they also have a great cocktail menu. The food is mostly burgers but I was told they've won awards for their burgers and, after getting a Cluck Norris chicken burger, I'm not surprised! It was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I was only sorry I didn't have enough time in Tynemouth to go back and get one of their beef burgers! I also got a salted caramel ice cream cheesecake, which was delicious. The staff were all lovely, really helpful and friendly. Service was prompt but you're absolutely not rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and even though there weren't many people there, it didn't feel empty. It just felt very chilled. They do allow well behaved dogs, and there were a few in there, so if you're going for a walk nearby it's a great place to stop for food. Overall I would definitely recommend going here and if I get the chance, I'll be coming back.
If you’re obsessed with burger, just try Lola Jeans. A hidden gem in Tynemouth. A range of award winning burgers is the real. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming they offer the best service I’ve ever had. I used to go to Lola Jeans Newcastle, but my first time here in Tynemouth. It’s literally worth, highly recommended.
Food and cocktails were so tasty! Loved the Korean tacos! Update on cocktails were much better than the previous time I visited and even the non alcoholic cocktails tasted just as good! Service was excellent!
