The food was good but unfortunately the worst version of the cocktails I ordered. I will put it down to them being incredibly busy over the holidays but from my experience that day... Very disappointing. Service was quick as mentioned above it was very busy with only one waitress and the food still came quite quickly. The waitress, she was amazing, engaging, informative and very friendly when in reality she was probably stressed. I probably visited at the worst time as it seemed like it was being used more as a pub and not a restaurant with how busy it was and how many people were around the bar, so it was very noisy and uncomfortable. The food was good and the service was quick. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options also 😊
Gemma was a credit to herself, the store and the company. If you want fabulous service, a wonderful time, and amazing drinks, come here and ask for Gemma. She really made our day! What a legend
They were lovely at accommodating us, food was lovely. We had a large amount of vegetarians/ vegans and they accommodated us and the food was lovely! Perfect for a large group wanting a Christmas party! Special thanks to the Monday night staff: Abbie, Joey, Bill and Daisy. Their customer service was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much for making our Christmas night out so special!!
Bottomless brunch was lovely. Food was unreal. Gemma, our host was amazing at keeping drinks topped up and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
Love this place!!! It’s my number one stop every time I go out - Lovely cocktails, 241 deal means they are very reasonably priced like £5-£6 per cocktail. Had a booking this time and used the app when we had a table which is great, but after when the time on our table was up we chose to stay longer and order at the bar. It was very busy but service was still fast considering and the place was tidy, great atmosphere, we ended up staying all night! Been to a lot of Slug & lettuce bars but this one is by far my fave - the staff are dead canny and really make the visit worth it - this particular visit I was served by Ruby she’s a superstar. Will definitely be booking again for my birthday and hopefully will be able to sit in one of the lush birdcage booths again! 😍😍😍
