A beautiful and quaint country pub/restaurant steeped in history. A warm welcome and an extensive menu. Choose from a great range of drinks from traditional beers to Moretti served in frozen glasses. Also serve a range of Ridgways special teas and coffee by Kimbo.

Loved the Prosecco Lounge, we enjoyed a birthday meal on the Sunday we all had the lunchtime menu which was so tasty and great value 😋. Will definitely revisit, get yourself there for a visit you won't be disappointed 😊
Stopped in for a Sunday lunch. Had the beef. Was very nice, good mix of potatoes, the side veg was a little plain, but the beef was a very generous portion and at £9 I thought was very good value. Venue itself is a traditional pub/tavern and pleasant enough.
Outstanding service, excellent menu with quality cooked food at a very reasonable price. Would definitely visit again if I'm ever in this area again
Traditional pub, well cooked good value food.
The building outside looks brilliant. We stopped for a Sunday roast and the food was good. Enjoyed trying new ales as well. Behind us a big family with kids were having a dinner and it was a bit noisy. There wasn't any background music in the pub and it was fairly busy.
