...The Return of the Bullburger!
As summer is upon us, we’re reverting to our tried and tested favourites rather than a whole special menu every week. Nidge is busy making his amazing 6oz 100% local beef burgers and proper chips, plus there’ll be rump steaks, veggie burgers, butterflied chicken breast and Halloumi salad. The special dish is pork fillet in Parmesan sauce on tagliatelle, which is always a hit. Serving from 6:30 - 9pm.
Friday night is Fish and Chip night which also sees the return of proper homemade chips after a technical hitch last week meant they weren’t available. Saturday lunch will be available from 12:30 - 4pm and Sunday lunch is served between noon and 3pm as well as hot beef and pork baguettes for the less hungry. (Come on England!).
Please join us in welcoming Eric to the team who has lots of pub and hotel experience and is a lovely chap to boot. And no, I don’t mean you can boot him, it’s a turn of phrase!
ADVANCE NOTICE. Due to the Cyclone cycling event on 1st July, we won’t be serving full Sunday lunch, but lighter bites. The following Sunday 8th July, is the day after Fete Day and there will be no food on at all as we feed all of the volunteers who make it a success for us.
Don’t forget to come to Fete Day - it’s a brilliant day out for all the family and we top it off by having a live band at teatime.
