Foods ok for what you pay, staff are loverly tho ! Worth it all day
This is great friendly little pub easily accessible from the metro. You can also enjoy entertainment nights and or play pool in the pool room. The locals are the most welcoming people you'll find anywhere in the world and I'm well travelled so I know this to be a fact. The lagers and beers are kept beautifully and the lines cleaned regularly so you get the very best lagers and beers served to you by a smiling polite barmaid or barman.
My wife and I had a great week in the Snug Cottage literally next-door to this lovely hide away Pub ,all the locals made us feel realy welcome. ALLTHE STAFF at The pub were great .And I must mention the landlady and pat the landlord who is also the chef , Made the ONE OF THE BEST SUNDAY LUNCHES I HAVE EVER HAD , TOP DRAW PUB 😀 👍
You know it’s a good local when it stinks of stale urine. If you want to have a good time and want to get drunk on the finest moonshine then this is the place to go! the prices are splendid and I feel like a corpse the morning after every time.
Can't thank the staff enough for opening up earlier than normal so we could celebrate my dad's birthday. He's had a tough year losing mam and moving to a new home. It was lovely to get him out amongst family and friends, he had a fab time. Thankbyou again 💕

Our brewery started life up in Morpeth, Northumberland, back in 2012. One name change later, we settled on being called Anarchy Brew Co. and started brewing our core beers, packed with flavour that we still make today (Blonde Star and Citra Star).
