About us

The Tredegar Arms is a stone built public house which sits on the main road of Rogerstone village in Newport Wales surrounded by residential housing and local amenities nearby. With a central bar servery which serves both the bar and lounge, the Tredegar Arms is traditionally decorated with whitewashed stone walls, wooden panelling and cladding throughout. To the right of the entrance lobby is the bar, a cosy locals’ space with free standing furniture seating around 20 customers, which provides its own bar servery. The lounge is much bigger in size and located to the left of the entrance, furnished with a combination of loose furniture and fixed banquette seating, and in total caters for up to 40 covers. There is a dedicated bar servery and a trade kitchen which is easily accessible to the rear of the lounge. Externally the pub boasts a beer garden with a patio which leads down to a large, decked area at the rear of the pub. Furnished with picnic tables this is a great spot for customers and their families to enjoy during the warmer months. Additional benefits include an onsite carpark with space for around eight vehicles and private accommodation located on the first floor, comprising of a well-equipped flat with four bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and lounge diner.
