About us

We are a family friendly pub, we also welcome dogs (on a lead). We have a large main bar area which hosts a pool table and 3 dart boards, we have 2 pool teams and 1 darts team. We have 2 open fires which are lovely in the winter months. We also have a juke box which provides great music. We also have an outside area with picnic benches and half is under cover. We open daily from 11am.

We have our curry night on a Wednesday 6-8pm offering a range of different currys and our popular Sunday roast 12-2pm.

We stock a range of lagers, ciders, spirits, wines etc. We support local business Honey Wood Distillery and stock their Apple and Elderflower Gin and also a Spiced Apple Rum. Honey Wood Orchard and stock their Golden Dawn, Sunshine and Haze ciders, these are very popular here at the Arms.

We are renowned for our horse racing, we have Sky Sports Racing and Racing UK, so we can show all the race meetings, we also have Sky Sports and BT Sport for all your football and rubgy and motor racing requirements.

We aim to have live music here once a month on a Saturday night, which is popular, we use local bands from the area.

We have a large function room/restaurant which is popular for birthday party’s, quiz nights, race nights, Christmas works party’s and is available upon request.

In the South West we have 3 local National Hunt racecourses which we organise coach trips to for a fun day out.
