Absolutely fantastic. I have unusual allergies and the staff were very understanding and helpful. The food was fantastic and plentiful. Our server Ellie was amazing. Next time I am in the area I will be going back to this TOBY CARVERY at Chadderton.
Place was filthy. Empty cups and plates everywhere. All staff were miserable and nobody explained to us how things worked until the food nearly closed and we were told to hurry up. Drinks took about 15 minutes to get to us. Staff to busy on their phones. Absolutely horrible place and I won’t be visiting again. All staff need retraining on service and manners and how to actually greet the customer and explain to them how food works. Also wanted something from the midweek menu but we were told they don’t do that on weekends but it was Friday? Think the kitchen couldn’t be arsed so they said no. Shambles

My daughter is gluten intolerant & the staff were all so well informed & helpful. It was honestly the most positive dining experience we’ve had since she was diagnosed. The man who welcomed us and found our table was absolutely great & the waitress was also lovely. We will definitely be back. The vegetarian gravy is also gluten free - this made my daughter’s year as she can never usually have gravy when we eat out.
A nice welcome, everything very clean and food was all fresh! The reason for 4*** for food is that we couldn't work out why they have put bacon in the potatoes and bacon in the Yorkshire puddings... Just reduces the options for vegetarians at breakfast. There's lots of bacon available so you could always add to your breakfast. Chefs please take note!
