I went to collect the just eat order and waited for more than 30 mins, the guy at the reception was very cold heartedly replying when ever i ask for my order. And when i get tired of this pathetic behaviour I cancelled the order and left. Another driver cancelled the order as well who was even waiting for i guess 45-50 mins. They should give some respect to delivery drivers, and if they can’t then they don’t have the right to get linked with these food delivery app and should run on their own. Never going back to them again. Worst experience ever!
Staff were incredibly attentive to our support needs as a group of Visually Impaired people. The lighting was a little dim and it was a shame we couldn’t get separate receipts for our meal (group of 10). The food was delicious!
arrived 8.15 and we're told carvery closed at 830. Looking at buffet it was obviously the end of service!! Quality of food and service should be of the same quality at the end of service as the start. You are after all paying the same. We felt rushed and it was obvious that the manager was in a hurry to get home. Food from carvery was mediocre at best. So we ordered pudding. Whilst eating the manager at the front of house turned away 22 potential customers in a matter of 8 minutes because the carvery had closed. This does not seem like a very good business plan for a Saturday Night...potentially turning away of £250 minimum in sales! All were staying at the Premier Inn attached to Toby so were not happy at all. Dessert was mediocre served in a stone cold dish. Sticky toffee pudding and custard was OK. Do we dare return for breakfast based on this service... to be continued!!
Food was great, love me a carvery. My only gripe is it's not an all you can eat anymore. Hardly seems worth going when you have places that have all you can eat. Doesn't serve lamb, meat options are limited. Lack of vegetarian option, alternative meats.
Service was exceptional. There was one waitress in particular who made us feel special. She was so friendly and professional. Food was fantastic. I had a vegetarian option which was one of the nicest vegetarian dishes I’ve had. The staff were all working so hard. I’d definitely come back again. I know my family love it . Well done !
