Everything is perfect. Amazing food. The chips are the best chips in the world. Great lovely cosy atmosphere with excellent service and attention to detail, the staff are super helpful and nice. Good selection of drinks. Dog friendly too!

Stopped by for a light bite and a pint of Orchard Cider (after seeing the umbrellas outside). Interior looks great after the post fire redurb. Far more room than the outside might imply. Main menu looked like standard fste so we decided to go for 3 lite bites to share as they looked far more promising. We had battered sausage with a mustard sauce, an excellent chopped battered squid with a katsu curry drizzle and a scotch egg with mackerel instead of sausage meat. All £7ish each, cider was £5, Cruscampo about the same. There is also a popup takeaway about to open below (at street level) which holds further promise of lite bites to go.

Overall Experience - great place for takeaway 1. Crispy pork with couscous - couscous cooked well with curry, pork is succulent, skin is crispy, highly recommended, portion is a bit small 2. Fish bites - abit blend in the inside 3. Service - very friendly staff 4. Serving time - 20 mins 5. Affordability - £7.50 for most items 6. Atmosphere - sunny and clean

Food absolutely fabulous, well presented and very appetising, being Coeliac menu choice was great (which makes a nice change). Friendly and attentive staff, nice atmosphere, well priced, will definitely go again.

I was looking for a nice restaurant to take some close family who were visiting from overseas and chose this from looking at the menu and reviews. It was a really good meal enjoyed by all in a well run restaurant . The restaurant is informal but smart with good service. The menu has a good variety of choices all cooked and served with care. They claim to have the best fish and chips in the area - and indeed the fried fish was as good as by I’ve had anywhere. The chips a bit ordinary but still enjoyed and the portion size generous. The dishes we had were pan fried cod and pork belly both cooked to a high standard. The deserts were all served with some flare and imagination. All in in all it was a really good eating out experience which il be happy to repeat when next in the area.
