I visited the bar, great staff and atmosphere, a local guy had his guitar and gave us a few songs.

After serving all the locals, when it was our turn, they said the bar was closed at they’d called last orders! Obviously don’t like tourists sadly.

Not the best food or atmosphere, I feel this could have been better. The bar looked very welcoming, however and can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay there.

This place has great potential. Location is superb. My room was cold, initially, and the windows were held together with duct tape. Ensuite is generous in size but had no heating or ventilation and there was mold on the ceiling. The room has spectacular views though. The dining room is bright, clean and airy but the double glazing panels are burst so views are distorted. The bar area is cold and dingy. It had a pool table and darts. No soft furnishings. Bar had several beers and a fair selection of wine and spirits. Excellent service in bar. Corridors are narrow, painted in dark grey/green and badly lit. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Food was OK.

Brilliant customer service from this wee hotel before we'd even arrived. We had so much trouble with ferry cancellations and were really stressed about the disruptions. A huge shout out to Fiona for being so patient and calm around our ever changing plans. Nothing seemed to much trouble for this team. I was was slightly apprehensive about traveling to the islands as a vegan, for fear of struggling to find meals. However, this hotel gave me a new option each night. Massive portions and inventive meals. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for taking care of us.
