Brilliant beer n only had food on sun but well excellent 5 star food
Absolutely superb pint of pedigree and only £2.80. I was so surprised I went to the foot of our stairs. It’s a no frills pub serving great ale. And a friendly helpful lad behind the bar. Beer drinkers should definitely try this classic establishment you won’t be disappointed
Lovely well kept pub great staff get rid of the sports it's very irritating .but will definitely come back again
...A most wonderful welcome from the management & their fab locals today...whilst watching Huddersfield v Nottingham Forest .well done Forest 1.0 fab game brilliant venue we loved your company, beers iced champagne snacks and Jaeger bombs...we cannot wait to see you all again. This is a late Review due to my human error. It was 5 weeks ago!! and what a BRILLIANT night we had many thanks to Manager staff and locals who made us feel so at home . Pauline and Pete xx
Friendly owners and staff made welcome with good clientelle. Comfortable surroundings, sport on without sound and popular music playing. Also very reasonable prices and a good range of real ales and other drinks. Also have a singer or group on occasionally. I would definitely recommend this pub.
