Food was great and good quality and a very fair price. It was nice and quiet. Very nice comfortable homely feel. I would definitely recommend and we would definitely go back. I would definitely recommend

Called in for food and drinks on the 23rd Dec. The staff were really run off their feet, yet they somehow managed to deliver a wonderful service and remained lovely and polite to customers. The food was lovely and arrived in a timely manor. Shout out to Katie, Chelsea and the rest of your team. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

Friendly welcome, nice food and pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit on this occasion taking advantage of the 40% off mains offer and look forward to visiting again soon.

Pretty good visit, food and drink was decent value and no complaints. The sizzler mixed grill and ribs and pork belly (gammon style) had no real negatives but in the same breathe the menu has nothing much to make us rush back. Sat near the back carpark door, it's looking a little tired back there but the bar area (literally 10 to 15 feet away) feels a lot cosier. I think a second visit sat in the nicer area might be warranted. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Went for lunch today (Saturday 1.30 - 2.00). Very few people in so not a long wait for food. Had to wait 2 or 3 minutes to order food even though there was no queue. Ordered jerk chicken skewers and scampi and chips. Usually they swap the peas on scampi for a small side salad. Not today, had to order a separate side salad. Food arrived quickly and was mostly OK although the jerk chicken was more like grilled chicken and the vegetables were virtually none existent (nothing like the image on the menu). Scampi and chips ok, side salad had strings of brownish looking stuff - couldn't tell what it was and didn't eat it (photo attached), chunks of lettuce roughly cut and only 1 piece of tomato, loads of cucumber (don't like it), carrot and 1 bit of onion. Service very poor. Waitress seemed put out that we were there and said there was no ketchup or tartar sauce, however they did find both eventually. No one checked if our meals were OK so I did tell the lady behind the bar our thoughts. Did offer us another drink but we said no thanks. Won't be visiting again.
