had an amazing time here, great service the bar staff were so polite and patient with me and made me feel welcome, ash the manager made sure i knew i was safe, overall the establishment was perfect for me :)
Brilliant place to go, Karaoke on a Thursday is brill. Feel completely safe when there. Been going for 2 years and gets better and better. Great event nights and club weekend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good time
Not happy. Put my drink on a table in the courtyard and it was so uneven it slipped back and fell all over me. I was soaked and bar staff wouldn't even give me another drink to try and make the situation right. Manager didn't handle it well. Won't be drinking here again.
Had a great night here, very welcoming. 1st night out in a long time due to disabilities but staff made sure I was looked after and had a fantastic time. Thank you to all at the furnaces . Highly recommended
Amazing venue, great vibe especially on the weekend bar staff were polite and had playful banter, manager couldn’t be more helpful when it came to finding my coat. Highly recommend if your looking for a good night out :)
