My first time going and the blonde lady upstairs was very rude did not feel welcome at all lol. Heard from a good few others that she was also rude to them. Went upstairs for a fag after my set as the smoking area was open beforehand, i didn’t know it closed down. I walked into the upstairs bit and she was like “out, now” like im some 5 year old🤦♂️ expecting me to just automatically know the rules…. Security expected everyone to just know what THEIR rules were. Other than that sound system was really nice. If you’re gonna hire staff , at least hire some with a bit of happiness. Mostly everyone was miserable apart from the lady and guy downstairs in the bar.
Small venue but has the occasional good DJ like Arfa
What a little venue, with an amazing sound system!! Had such a good night! Went to see Prospa who were unreal! Then the two lads after (not sure who they are) could have been even better! Highly recommend! Proper intimate little club.
Great if you like a dance and being photographed whilst you defecate. Nice decor, good DJs, fantastic bar staff, great sound system. Young, lively, friendly crowd. Came from out of town for a dnb show, and I'd recommend a trip. Weirdly though door staff were taking photos with their phones over the (men's) toilet cubicle door. Thought this odd and raised it with the manager and he said they're 'coming down really hard on drugs', and 'it's normal round here', haha ok bro :/
I attended the club with my partner who had been booked to play. The promoter was ill so we were looked after by the owner who couldn't of been more helpful! He really left a lasting impression as did the club. Not only is the club itself really nice, the sound system is well decent and they even had speakers in the toilets aaaand function 1 monitors behind the decks. Had a lovely ol' time
