Very traditional pub with good beer
A proper old school pub... 'just like someone's living room'. Found this little gem after fishing the canal and nipped in during a downpour to grab a pint. Absolutely loved it... will be back
A real old English pub run by two old school publicans who a friendly and helpful, excellent pub grub cooked to order by the landlady. A step back in time to how pubs used to be.
Old world country pub with slow pace of life. Very nice people good food dogs allowed. Good choice of cider.
A proper oldfashioned pub in a 300+ year old very low ceilinged building. Decent beer and v.cheap mostly home-cooked food. Excellent sandwich, good bread and proper ham. Glad we found it.
