While Visiting family we was invited to dine here. Starters were ok however steak was inedible and as a result None of the others at out table could enjoy their meal. We didn't stay for pudding and went home.

Slow service, drinks came in dribs and drabs, no ice or lemon in Vodka and lemonade. Steak very grisly, informed waitress and said she would mention to kitchen, no response. Fish dry, Chicken Stack rubbery, vegetarian Wellington was ok though. Table next to us didn’t eat their steak either but was temoved from their bill. Could be a lovely place with a bit more attention to detail and better customer service, all beit our first waitress was trying very hard and was fairly new, she was doing fine. We had to find staff to pay our bill after waiting ages for tea or coffee, which we never got! All in all no return visit from us!

Great meal, Sunday lunch. Excellent service, there were 17 of us, but all were served efficiently. The food was gorgeous, massive Yorkshire pudding with the roast, lovely vegetables. Only regret is I didn't take any pictures.

We stayed at the caravan park which is excellent, facilities immaculate. Lovely little wood to walk around which is also a natural burial ground very interesting. We had the Sunday roast and all 4 of us said it's one of the best we've had. Also the steak on steak night cracking value for money. We had no problems with service and the staff were very good. Would highly recommend both site and restaurant. Hats off to the owner.
