Weekday menu very average especially for children, we was really limited to pasta or a pizza and we ended up having to get an adults meal. Food was okay , I had the burger but the burger was very dry and for the price you expect alot more. One thing I will give you 5 stars for is the service. Woman at the desk was very helpful. One frustrating thing for me and for customers is the fact there is no one serving at the actual bar for drinks and staff kept walking past and ignoring. Very strange. So people had to go in the long queue for the food tills. Either shut the bar so people know (put a sign up) or if your a member of staff just speak and say someone will be with you. Other than that it's a chained food establishment and was what I expected. Great area for the kids to play in and to watch them.
We decided to have an early tea here. We were seated straight away even though we had not booked a table, the cavery was really fresh and the Yorkshire puddings were huge and fluffy! 😍 special shout out Greg who served us, he went out of his way to cater to my b/fs fussy appetite. We will be back!
It's OK. The food isn't amazing, you get what you pay for. The atmosphere depends who's there. It' has a family corner where you can keep the children entertained for a small price ( pay for games) and separate to adults drinking. Staff are mostly lovely. Tables are always reserved after a certain time so not to use the space ... so can't always choose where you would like to sit as a paying customer...
Lovely experience, very friendly staff and a great selection at the carvery table! The dessert bar was to die for 😍 we were served by Michelle who was so lovely and friendly, excellent service!
Had a Lovely carvery today at Sycamore Farm! All the meat and vegetables were all fresh. The staff are all approachable and service from Michelle was fantastic! She was polite and went above and beyond. The cakes look and taste amazing. Thankyou very much!
