About us

The Upstairs Bar is at your service for those times when you really want a great drink regardless of whether you have a booking. Our short menu of light cocktails accompanied by oysters or small bites from our kitchen can kick off an evening before the theatre or restaurant booking, or finish an evening off nicely. We are bringing back the time when there was a cocktail for every hour.

Our Downstairs Bar has an ever-expanding whisky selection of 250 different drams from every corner of the globe. We’ve worked some of these whiskies into a lengthier cocktail list alongside other spirits from around the world. On Friday and Saturday evenings the cocktails are accompanied by live blues and jazz music, from 9pm.

Amazing cocktail bar, lovely staff and fab atmosphere. Varied selection of cocktails and they will do classics. Get a corpse survivor 2 there, they do it the best 💗

What a place for cocktails lovers….just in love with this place. The best Irish Coffee in the world I had there and lovely other cocktails….a must must visit place in London Very good vibes and seems to be a happy and happening place. All covered area with separate Bars and both are almost get full in evening

Just amazing cocktails with buzzing vibes! Great atmosphere to be and worth the visit. No much food as this place is just for cocktail and whiskey lovers..shame the space is small but the vibes & service is all great! We were on our date evening and enjoyed every bit of it..

Well, I haven't been here in so long, last time I was here it was called the LAB. And back then it was one of the best cocktail bars in London imo. I am happy to say, Swift is very much as good as it's predecessor. The cocktails were of very good strength and flavour. For me the 'Old Compton' was the best of the trio I tried but the other two were very very close behind. The 'Humbug' tasted just like those humbug sweets. The 'Imperial Gimlet' was also good, tasted like a Thai Green Curry minus the chilli heat and fishiness, very aromatic. Highly recommend heading down there. Although not too cheap but worth the £££'s.

#30 World’s best bar (2022), #76 (2023) (Look up World’s 50 Best Bars Ranking) Very different vibes on the two floors of the bar. Downstairs more a low key whiskey bar. Upstairs more a walk-in casual bar. I was upstairs - and I had better. But the drinks topped everything! The world famous Irish Coffee is as delicious as you imagine - must try! Also the Prosecco sorbet cocktail (forgot the name) was delicious!
