The most delicious sharing pizzas we have had for ages. Really award winning, crispy but not chewy crust and amazing toppings. Friendly staff and relaxed pub atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Jam packed on Saturday evening 2nd Dec for a live Irish band. A younger crowd, probably why the band didn't fire up until 9pm. More mileage in starting earlier, more revenue from the grey pound.
Great and tasty pop up from the Yeastie Boys at this pub. Fantastic music with some awesome rock however slightly disappointed that Guinness wasnt available and had to resort to a murphy's stout.....that said would come again as there is Kraken Rum.
Didn't eat, so I can't comment on food. But we had a few pints of good cider. Nice to find a pub that always plays good music. ie not commercial Apologies for Martins face he was born with it.
Really impressed good atmosphere good beer and sociable customers, it's 5🌟 from me. PS. Loved your response to the recent 1 star review ...
