No matter how desperate you are, do not book in this inn. Total waste of money! We were not allowed to check in although we have already booked and paid. We arrived before 10 pm as well. We had to look for other hotels while enduring the cold night. The man from the property did not even open the door to talk to us and just shouted at us through the windows. I think it’s a blessing in disguise though because of all the bad reviews that I read about this property. What a way to scam people!

Team oyo It was the worst ever experience of my life till now to stay at a place like this with no one to receive guests on time. At first, wrong postcode has been mentioned, 2nd, the phone number given is incorrect and they are not responding on time. 3rd, on knocking the door after finding out it with the help of locals, a man with thief like suspicious nature, 1st asked who are you and told us to stay outside in that cold and then came back and asked like you paid? Of course I paid as i booked room month ago. Then he took us up the floor with empty bathroom, no towel, no soap etc. n drinking water available, no kitchen, even the screen in the room not working with no remote control. The locks are suspicious. No wifi, nothing was good. Overall it was looking like thieves store.

My experience was really awful. The day before in the morning i rang them and asked if it was ok for me to check in late around 11pm due to where i was coming from and the guy on the phone he agreed then when i arrived i rang the number which he gave me and no-one answered my calls. Then i had to call the other number and i spike to someone he mentioned that in their system it’s showing i have checked in already off which i never did. Unfortunately i slept outside the building while freezing and raining. I tried to talk to the management and seems no-one understood me only to receive an email saying there’s no refund. I will never pay for this again in the future.

Arrived at the hotel and the man (marko) at the desk was rude and unfriendly. The room we stayed had many problems, the bed near the door was squeaky and the bolts were loose, the mattress cover had some weird stains , the water pressure was non existent and the carpet didn't look like it had been cleaned in 10 years. When we complained about the room the man said it's our problem and asked why we chose to stay here. This man is clearly delusional thinking this is a way to treat guests. I would not recommend this place at all , even if you are desperate.

I booked a two-night stay at this hotel, primarily for its proximity to the airport, with the intention of ensuring a smooth start and finish to my travels. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. Upon arriving for my first night, I was allocated a twin room with a shared bathroom, despite having booked a double en-suite room. The room itself was far from welcoming - there was a persistent unpleasant smell, evidence of dust accumulation in various corners, and an uncomfortable bed that did little to promote a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided in the room, a basic amenity that should be standard in any accommodation. However, the real ordeal came when I returned for my second night. Shockingly, I was informed that the hotel had overbooked and had no rooms available, leaving me stranded without any accommodation. To add insult to injury, the hotel disputed my claim with the booking platform, falsely asserting that I had stayed there on the second night. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and inconvenienced. It's disheartening to encounter such issues when all I sought was a reliable place to stay near the airport. The lack of accountability from both the hotel and the booking platform has left a bitter taste, and I strongly caution others against considering this establishment for their travel needs.
