As you would expect we serve the most amazing breakfasts, and the best part is they are included in the price.
We had a wonderful family birthday weekend and everyone at The Swan looked after us all so well. The food was wonderful and a very big thank you to you all for looking after us all so well. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Arguably the best pub roast I've ever had. A huge portion of tender lamb with beautifully cooked vegetables and an excellent cauliflower cheese. The smoked salmon mousse starter was also outstanding. The staff were so kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome with our dogs (very dog friendly). We will be back time and time again.
Had a great evening drinking Butty Bach and soaking up the atmosphere of a quality Ale House. We turned up after the restaurant had closed but the kitchen did us a fantastic meze platter after our drive up from Cornwall. 10/10 for service. Thanks for a great evening we'll be back soon
Pleasant country pub with a lovely outdoor seating area. Food and service were good,. Stayed in the "Gooseberry" bedroom which was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the kitchen extractor fan which created quite a loud hum in the room until it was switched off in the evening
You see a lot of Karen's claiming on Google reviews that a venue is their favourite restaurant/pub. My name isn't Karen, but this is my favourite pub, it is perfect. Food is incredible. It isn't your every day English pub menu, lots of interesting and culinary delights to be had, executed well and at reasonable prices. Service is impeccable, even when they're packed and rushed off their feet, well played team. The decor indoors and outdoors is great throughout the year, offering a variety of cosy and inviting, no matter the weather. (Very important in the UK). Top tier pub in a beautiful village 🙌
