The Swan Hotel in the picturesque town of Upton upon Severn has six bedrooms, four of which have stunning views over the River Severn. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated to a high standard and are all en-suite. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock, telephones and Freeview television. There is also a cosy breakfast room for our hotel guests. We can also arrange for flowers, chocolates and champagne for that special occasion
The Swan Hotel is a 400 year old listed building with charming original features such as exposed beams throughout and log fires in the bar. Situated in the beautiful town of Upton upon Severn near Malvern, The Swan overlooks the River Severn at one of its most picturesque points. After extensive refurbishment following the new flood defence scheme, the Hotel is looking at it's best with a warm and friendly bar, a comfy seating area and a restaurant/function room as well as the guest accommodation.
The Swan also has its own moorings for patrons.
Dogs are allowed in all rooms, with the exception of the Attic Suite. If you are bringing a dog along with you, please advise us in advance of your stay. A £5.00 charge per room per night will be applied locally.

Lovely pub and hotel. The room was large and well appointed. Very comfy bed, good quality linen and the pillows and duvet are lovely and soft. Nice breakfast and great service.
We had a family reunion this week and had a meal at The Swan. Really great food, reasonably priced and a lovely situation right next to the River Avon. Very attentive staff. Would recommend without hesitation
Lovely stay. Room was furnished with all the necessities, clean,comfortable, bedding was good quality & fresh. Attention to detail required, voile curtains ripped. Location fab, staff friendly & helpful. Food was good & very reasonable. My only grumble was the lack of parking.
Quite a pleasant place to have a midday meal alongside the River Severn. One downside on a very hot & sunny day was that all the outside tables did not have parasols offering shade so had to eat inside.
What an amazing weekend! The staff were incredible under the circumstances and how busy it was. Management were amazing with the staff and customers and big respect given to them for stopping service for 10 minutes to allow the hardworking staff a well earned break. We over heard a customer complaining about this and all I can say is shame on you and well done to the young owner who handled the situation perfectly and all customers, who actually understand, we’re singing your praises. Everyone was rushed off their feet all day and they were struggling with technical issues but everything was handled really well.
