Stayed at the Swan numerous times over the past decade whilst visiting friends in BOA. Always clean and comfortable rooms. Had breakfast included and the full English was nice.
Nice place with a good Thai restaurant on site. Bar closes at 9pm on a Sunday which is pretty poor considering we were residents and just wanted to chill out in the hotel for the evening. Apart from that, very nice.
Brilliant hotel, so helpful. Old style pub and great Thai food. Great WiFi! Extra USB plugs. Had somewhere to lock my bike up. Travelling? Don’t miss this one.
Very uncomfortable bed, No place to hang clothing, no bedside table, lamp on the floor, dangerous multi socket, Service was very unprofessional, they didn't know what was going on. While sat at the bar many other customers was complaining about the same issues not hygienic be warned bring your own towel.
Friendly and welcoming... Great Thai food. Food from the standard menu also looks excellent too, as I have seen many delicious meals go past, on their way to other tables. As for me... Can't bring myself to pass up on the Thai dishes. One of the best salt & chilli squid 🦑 dishes ever 🙂
