What an absolute lovely pub! So many Ted Lasso fans popping in for photos and the bar staff were so lovely with each and everyone one of them. Troy has a natural charm and Humor that makes everyone wanting more. Absolutely a top bloke! The Cider was perfect and the food (fish and chips) was phenomenal. The atmosphere was buzzing! Cannot rate this pub high enough ❤️

Not only is this lovely old pub popular because of the wonderful Ted Lasso series, it's just great. Really attractive pub on the Green, serving delicious food, at fair prices, served by really well trained people. We went Friday lunch time, today, and the young man serving us was absolutely golden: professional, well informed, funny and really helpful. My friend and I had the Owsten pork chop with cabbage, peas and apples. Utterly delicious, tender and ample - one of the best I've had. My husband's steak and ale pie was likewise wonderful. The gravy, mash and cabbage was delicious and plentiful. My other friend had the gnocchi and loved it. We'll definitely be going back next time we're in Richmond.

I didn't think that a visit to The Prince's Head in Richmond would be a highlight for me, but that's what being a fan of the show Ted Lasso does to you. The pub itself is quite nondescript, but seeing its surroundings really takes you back to key scenes from Season 1. When we talked to our host, Thomas, he shared that there are some regulars who have not ever seen the show, while there are some big time fans who keep foot traffic quite regular. The food served is also really delicious, so paying a visit to the Prince's Head should be a definite stop. (It's just way more fun as a fan of the show!)

This Fuller’s pub, made famous by Ted Lasso, is worth a visit in its own right. Staff and vibes inside were wonderful, and the selection of Fuller’s brews was bountiful. I was also very impressed by the care taken in curating their cocktails and wines. I’m confident you can’t go wrong with your drink choice here. I got a perfect pie and mash that filled me up and kept me warm on a cold winter day; The Prince’s Head is a perfect meal and drink for friends or family on a day out in Richmond or before a show at the Orange Tree. I highly recommend.

Helpful tip: if you’re coming for Ted Lasso be sure to reserve a table ahead of time to eat in the “restaurant area” instead of the “pub area”. If you don’t reserve but want to sit in the restaurant area, be sure to get there as soon as they open! Such a great experience, especially for the Ted Lasso fans! The food was good and the service was super friendly and helpful! Definitely walk around the Richmond area and walk by the river. There’s a bakery around the corner from this pub that sells the biscuits in pink boxes that Ted makes, definitely give them a try! Menu attached, a little expensive that I expected but the food was good. No vegetarian options other than getting a bunch of sides, but the sweet potato fries were SO GOOD!!
