As always the food is very good. I am amazed that at the present time when we are looking at a tightened economy you do not offer the food in the manner that you did when I booked for me and two of my family. The place was very full and and when all economies of scale are taken into account surely it is more profitable for you as a company to present such offers more regularly. Or even look at a price reduction for the zone that the Carvery I ate in is located
Great experience all round. Good food and pleasant atmosphere. The front of house gentlemen, Jack, who seated us and took our drinks order, and then our waitress, Rachael, were both superb, so friendly and professional and a real asset to their business. I can highly recommend and myself and my wife will be back for sure. Thank you, Jack and Rachael, we wish you all the very best.
Table reservation for 23, very attentive, polite and friendly waiter, was there whenever he was needed but stayed in the background at other times. The only thing I didn't like was we had 3 separate tables so half of us were sitting with our backs to each other. This was meant to be a family Christmas meal where we celebrated with each other.
Checked in quickly, parking registration was quick and easy, sat in a nice quiet spot (have two sons with hearing aids). Were attended to quickly and drinks ordered, carvery queue was short and all food piping hot. Waitress couldn't have been more helpful/nicer and should be commended for her service.
My go to Toby Carvery now as they have the best selection of vegetables etc and the meat is always delicious. We had the 2 course festive menu and boy were we stuffed! The apple and rhubarb crumble could do with having a bit more rhubarb in it but was still tasty. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The best Toby around!
