This pub is a gem of a place. Especially to anyone who loves music. Here's my review of this pub from a musician point of view. Played here on the first weekend of January and it was rockin'. The bar staff are super friendly the guys that run the place are awsome very present and make you feel welcome and looked after. I just love this pub and its patrons! w w . TheMightyOaks. Co . U k

Beautiful old pub, great beers and real friendly staff. Folk on Saturdays is the best, feel like you've gone back in time in the best way

Oldest pub in Beverley I believe. Great character. Nice pint of Black Sheep bitter. Friendly landlord. Right next to The Minster. Love it.

The sun in is reputedly the oldest pub in Beverley dating back to the 1500's. Standing in the shadow of Beverly minster this great pub has an excellent range of cask conditioned real ale. This unspoiled pub has nice outside seating in the rear courtyard. Live music every weekend. The pub hosts the Beverley blues festival each summer. There's an open mic night every Tuesday and often live music on a Sunday afternoon. The sun inn is a great community pub. Highly recommended.
