Absolutely terrible customer service don't go here if u want to be treated like a paying customer seems they only care about the clique that sits in the corner. rude has hell managers don't waste your money

The first time l went to this pub brilliant place very friendly
Nice pint of Guinness at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Didn't have food so never gave that any stars
went in to here today to ask if it would be possible to use the toilet and explained I am a cancer patient and needed it but I was point blank refused as I hadn't brought a drink ,now I do understand but really I'm an over 60 year old easy to see I was telling truth no compassion whatsoever and didn't even tell me where the public toilets were
