Following a major refurbishment, we can now offer a stylish restaurant that can accommodate up to 70 people. There is also a lounge come diner with its own bar.
Separate to these is a traditional Star public bar with a games area and plenty of TV screens to keep in touch with the outside world or to watch sporting events.

Had Sunday lunch, food was delicious. Service excellent, staff very attentive and very friendly.

I visited the chip shop rather than main pub. The service was good, and the food was very nice, and I will undoubtedly visit again next time I am in the area.
Great home cooked Sunday roast, loads of meat, roast parsnips & potatoes & a huge dish of fresh veg with jugs of gravy. Really good value for money & lovely staff serving.
Although the interior of this pub is basic and plain, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made a table available and we had one of the nicest Sunday lunches for a long time. The starter was tasty and plentiful and the main meal plenty of tasty meat, and accompaniments, with a large bowl of varied vegetables and a gravy boat of gorgeous gravy. If you want more veg or gravy, Please ask, the barman said. Full marks, a great meal. Thanks to them!
