Had a booking on Sunday and to be told an hours wait on food, we come here regularly and come to bar and order but this time the staff was doing table service. I felt badly for them as not enough staff to efficiently carry it out so people were waiting longer at the table and would have been quicker as bar service. I know it’s not staffs fault but trying to change the places with not enough people clearly won’t work some people waiting 1hr 30.
We have arrived for our booking and are very un happy, we have ordered and paid for our drinks and was told to just come back to order food. At this point we have sat down and viewed the menu and then proceeded to the bar to order our meals, to which we were then told that we would have an hour wait on food and that our meals were unavailable anyway. Whilst I completely understand that things like this are not the restaurants fault, it is however there fault for not giving us this information prior driving 20 minutes to the restaurant and then spending £18 on drinks to then be told information that has now led us to not eat at the restaurant ! I am looking forward to your reply!
Staff very welcoming and approachable. Lovely atmosphere and decor, didn’t have to wait too long for food. Nice and clean and cutlery nice and clean. Food arrived hot and cooked to a good standard. Meal choice was good and very reasonable, giving us value for money. Will definitely return.
Very pleasant and friendly staff. Good food and very efficient for 10 of us! Our second visit in the last month or two. Thank you Zak and team I'm sure we will be back again soon. Update another quality, affordable meal out for 10 of us. Thanks markie sam and luke.
Nice, clean dining atmosphere with good quality of food. The staffs are also friendly. A great place to hangout after a long day of work 😄.
