The Wolferstan Arms pub is in Shuttington village outside Tamworth. We have fantastic views over the surrounding countryside with a large children's play area and a fabulous patio area to soak up the summer sunshine. We offer two for one pub food deals on our menu all day, every day with a large variety of specials. The Wolferstan Arms is ideal for all the family.
We were celebrating a family birthday; there was a huge age range of 1 to 85. The staff were helpful and attentive. All special needs were catered for. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone.
Staff were extremely polite and efficient, especially when we pointed out that ladies toilet needed some attention. Meals were generally nice but would have expected a slice of lemon with the breaded mushrooms and the steak with my mixed grill was very chewy. Otherwise quite a nice experience.
We were a large group the staff were v accommodating they went out if their way to help us. We prebooked and service waS quite smoothe,one lunch was forgotten but they put it right good vfm good varied menu even for us veggies nice pub lively view plenty parking and outdoor space for summer definitely recommend this plate says it all!!!

Great value food. Expansive menu. Lovely friendly setting. Not perfect but great pub grub. If you want a summer or dry sunny day beer outside this has a wonderful view across fields. Been quite a few times and would go again and again.
