Very nice place & lovely staff
Called in on the off chance whilst waiting for my fellow mates to join me. Was in an hour had a couple of pints and a craic with the landlord Chris. Nice fella, nice Real Ale. Glenn, Workington.
A great community pub with lots of characters and friendly staff. Brilliant entertainment on Saturday nights that bring all the generations together on the dance floor and pub quiz/bingo night twice a week
Fabulous pub lovely and cosy atmosphere staff nice and polite. There was a few people that made a bit of trouble while we were there but the landlord sorted and he couldn't apologize enough but it hasn't put us off going again I recently went back in had fabulous night and yet again was made so welcome I praised the landlord and landlady how they coped with the idiots on previous visit and will return it's a lovely welcoming pub and the staff, management even the locals are fantastic 😍
The beer is well kept and reasonably priced. The entertainment can be hit or miss but so can most pubs that provide it. In all it's a decent night out.
