Smart, comfortable pub on the main road through Stoke town centre, refurbished to a high standard in October 2015. The lower level is open plan with a television and real fire, while there are separate areas at the back of the pub; the walls are decorated with historic photos. Disabled entrance to the side of the pub.
First visit. There was a fight and glass bottles thrown and TV ripped from wall. Bouncers were too slow to react. They were dancing along with the rest of the crowd oblivious to the rising tension between the two young women.
Staff are ace and prices aren't too bad. Decent music.
Stumbled upon this place when I went to watch Brighton Vs Stoke in the FA Cup Clean, tidy, welcoming and with a good selection of ales and lagers. Friendly staff and nice to see home and away fans mingling without any hassle They even sell home made rolls behind the bar !!!!!
Lovely pub nice atmosphere and good beers I didn't try food, I didn't even know that they did food
