A pub just off the main road. A local for locals.

Been a long time since I was last here. The pub it's self was the same as before just repainted. Walked in pleasant atmosphere, the locals were friendly and chatty. Saw the old landlord again after a number of years. Good pint of Bass.

What I would call an "old fashioned" pub but not dingy. Nice friendly people and the place was clean. Just 2 rooms but what it lacks in size it makes up for in atmosphere. The new landlady does lunch on Sunday which is excellent value and I believe she is going to do week day lunch shortly
