We have never stayed here, but we use the restaurant fairly regularly. The staff are always friendly. Dogs are welcome. Food is good and a fair price.
Stayed here as part of a charity trip for carers who need a break. The room was great, the staff were lovely and the food excellent. As we were guests we also got 20% off our food bill which was a lovely surprise. Its in a great location very close to country parks if you want to spend a few hours walking through the forest and about 20 minutes drive to the beach. Was perfect for 2 exhausted parents who needed a relaxing break and would definitely recommend ⭐️
This is really lovely hotel, room was a good size and very comfortable. The food and the service was excellent. There is an area where you can take your dog when dining and staff were very dog friendly and attentive to us all, including Harvey, our boxer. We will definitely be staying here again
My family and I stayed for one night over the weekend. Lovely hotel with very comfortable, clean and good sized rooms. Upon our arrival, staff were very friendly and all throughout our stay. Our evening meal was excellent and would definitely recommend the Lamb shanks! Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it with a good selection of choice. Would definitely recommend staying here as great location and made to feel very welcome by the staff. Looking forward to visiting again!
More of a restaurant than a pub. I had the Green King London Glory for £4.55. No problem to try before I bought. Not a bad pint. it's certainly worth trying in the future. On the negative side, the staff are too keen in pushing food orders.
