Alban Arena is a theatre and music venue located in St Albans, England. It has been the centre of culture in St Albans since 1968 and has staged concerts by bands such as Dire Straits in 1978 and Jethro Tull in 2010.
Lovely theatre, friendly staff. All clean and tidy, and they have a great selection of events. Seats are a bit cramped but that's always the way in theatres. Parking nearby in the Civic Centre car park is super convenient, but on weekends or busy periods it can be full, and it's a chore to park in St Albans so plan ahead. There's places to eat and drink right outside which is very handy.
I have been going to the panto at the Alban Arena with my granddaughter and now my Great granddaughters for about 20yrs.Íts always a great experience,we all love it
Always a great show here! Thoroughly recommend Peter Pan, the Christmas panto this year.
Fabulous evening of Burlesque at the Alban Arena. Fab show Fab venue, well organised and very friendly staff.
Great performance last night with the queen band Radio Ga Ga in town. Would be 5 stars but the venue could do with a bit of a revamp...
