Went with a group for food - very pleasant pub, but will not be visiting again. Service was dreadful - too long between courses and food not great. Poor selection of veg and husbands fish served in vegetable cup a soup (potentially). The frangipani mince pies did not appear home made.
Amazing Sunday lunch today with my friends, lovely pub, very Christmassy, amazing atmosphere. Fabulous service from both Ben and Melissa and the food was amazing. I had pate and farm Feast - would highly recommend x Will be back
Went for Sunday Lunch 19th Nov which was on a rare occasion as we are normally disappointed. The whole experience bar staff waiters and waitresses and not forgetting the food was absolutely fantastic the best Sunday lunch ever and worth every penny, can not wait to re-visit. Well done everyone at the Square & Compass.
