Fantastic roast, great local pub with a lot of open space and somehow feels cosy! Really good food, the beef roast was excellent! Really nice vibe in The Spotted Cow. perfect for people of all ages. A fantastic garden put the back which is bound to become a regular spot for us in the warmer months!
Lovely food and very accommodating. Not too noisy and lovely table settings. Real candles made for a lovely evening. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good selection of food and large alcohol free beer choice
I can't comment on the food, because I didn't eat there on this occasion, but I must say that it was the only pub in the area serving Laphroaig. Great atmosphere too. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Spotted Cow yesterday. Excellent service and great quality food - the cooking and flavouring was first rate. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great welcome and lovely evening! Pete
Fantastic pub! Food is exceptional pub grub. Chicken pasta was delicious and the pasta was homemade which really made a difference. Macaroni was also delicious as it had a punchy cheese flavour. This dish is hard to get right in a restaurant and they smashed it! Sausage and mash was comforting and very much enjoyed. Wine is tasty and reasonable (a nice French White only £19!). The atmosphere in here is always warm and inviting.
