Enjoyed my afternoon, great company, played bingo, had lunch, had a good natter reminiscing about our younger days, lots of laughs. Can't beat it
Fabulous home cooked Sunday lunch. Lovely friendly place. Always made welcome.
Was cycling past and thought I'd stop for a quick drink. I won't lie to you, the bardender genuinely asked me "what's an ale?". I have never been to a pub where they don't know what ale is. Unbelievable. They serve coors and carling, John Smiths and Guinness. A couple spirits and pepsi max. No more no less. Was absolutely packed inside with good atmosphere. From the looks of it, their food is very popular. Not a restaurant though. If you're a 50+ year old white man who doesn't care whether its an IPA or a carling, this is the pub for you.
Great little friendly pub. Would highly recommend the food. Great breakfast. At a great price. Lovely Sunday lunch. All food freshly prepared.
