Used to go in here many many moons ago as a young rascal..played football for em at 17..let's say its gone way down..we was in Saturday nite 8ish and was hardly anybody in..foxwood/embassy gone now ..intake and boozers in general dying a death
The ball is a lovely pub to drink in lovely beer garden when the weather's nice plenty of drink choices to choose from kid friendly plenty of games to keep entertained and plenty of events on throughout the week and weekends
Better than it used to be, staff are a bit poor when they get busy they don't seem to do the bar sweep or remember who the next customer is when serving, they just do regulars first. The overall atmosphere is good and the drink ain't bad, price is pretty much spot on for the area
Awesome pub, with a lovely landlady we recently provided one of our classic pinball tables as an extra attraction for the pub hope your living it everyone Liam A1 Agency Ltd
Love this place it caters for all the family needs. The staff are welcoming and the management are friendly. Wether you are inside or out the atmosphere is always a pleasure. The toilets and the general pub is clean and tidy. Enjoyed the entertainment there's always something different and engaging with both the staff and the locals. Disability friendly and they also like dogs.
