Awful beer management did nothing to address the problem not very good at keeping the beer in good condition might be cheap but no good avoid
I'm just the dj visiting the pub. Goulding atmosphere. And friendly.
I’m shocked. Asked politely if any one was serving after being walked past by the member of staff and waiting approx 8 mins just waiting at the bar was blasted down immediately by the staff and was told to leave because my ID was not real when it was 100% real from the government. In fact not told screamed at!! Used to come here all the time. I will never enter the pub again wost pub ever ! and the this one stsff should be fired because he can not control his temper! I am a 18 year old boy so as you can imagine not a yob and and will be complaining to the brewery. Even the customers already in the pub were shocked and stunned! what a dumb idiot

I am a 60 year old woman so as you can imagine not a yob and and will be complaining to the brewery. Even the customers already in the pub were shocked and stunned!
The ambience of this place is perfect. It is located on the main road into Chesterfield Derby Rd, so it can not be missed. All the staff are very welcoming . There are four areas that you can dine in . We have now tried all four, and they are equally staffed and served at a high degree . Owners with dogs are encouraged to bring them along and dine at the extensive garden dining area lower to the main building . Here, you will find a large seating area covered with climbing wisteria. The main entrance to the building leads you to indoor dining and upstairs is the romantic dining area with the ceiling decorated in apple blossom perfect for that special or private function occasion. The exterior of the property has a wrap around balcony ideal for the smoking sector and pets. All the food is cooked to high standard, This establishment is perfect for business meetings and family gatherings or even a private ceremony. This is our favourite place we're we always bring visitors & family .
