We all had a lovely time, there were 18 of us on our booking for my mums 75th birthday. I booked through the app and the manager (Toni) telephoned me to confirm and ask for me to do a pre menu so I did this and it all went smoothly. Everyone’s meals came at the same time and all enjoyed. Toni & her team kindly arranged a he tables and popped the balloons on there which I brought in and later came out with mums cake which I also dropped off earlier. They had also left my mum a birthday card on the table which was a lovely gesture. All in all we all had a lovely time. We will definitely be visiting again

We ordered 8 meals . 7 came out at the same time . One steak without any sauce . When we asked for the sauce it came 20 minutes later and was the wrong sauce . Some meals had Things missing . The 8th meal came out 20 minutes later than the others . The place was very under staffed and to be fair the staff were great considering . Very helpful and we had free deserts to compensate . We have had similar issues before but have the place another chance , unfortunately it may be the last time . We felt on both occasions it was purely down to low staffing levels and not being able to cope with the volume of customers. Thanks

Service at the bar was good, service at the table was great. (Aaron) 1 meal had cold chips, and the rest were only saved by being sizzlers. I ordered sirloin steak and I'm pretty sure I got a piece of rump. (didn't want to spoil our evening by complaining). Been here many times before, and it's usually better than this. 1 point here, if you take a meal back and add fresh chips, you can't just reheat the rest and reserve it. It needs to be of the standard hygiene as required for serving.

First time in for a very long time, the service was spot on all done with a smile and nothing was any trouble. Enjoyed the mixed grill all done as i like it and my wife had hunters chicken which she really enjoyed. There was a quiz night on which was great fun. Will certainly visit again.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating the atmosphere was very good it was a real shame the food was a big let down. Chips were cold and the chicken on my burger was over cooked and dry the onion rings were also cold. Such a shame.
