Fantastic place for golf and the grounds are picturess. my son had his wedding reception here in 2022. Then we went back in November 2023 to celebrate his 1st wedding anniversary. The staff and especially the bar staff were great. They laid a beautiful table for them and bubbles. The food is amazing and big portions. I definitely recommend coming here.
Beautiful Hotel, really helpful, friendly staff, Dog friendly, comfortable beds for a great nights sleep, A High standard of hygiene. Great Breakfast. All in all, a really lovely stay, no complaints, and probably the most dog friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Visited with our little golf society. Nice welcome from the staff and the Bacon butty etc was lovely. Fortunately the weather was great and the course was a nice change and challenge. Just one thing.... some of the tees were in need of attention as they were quite poor. Other than that, a lovely day, thankyou!
Rooms were a very good size, as was the adjoining bathroom. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We had a 3 course meal, but the choice that we had seemed to be very limited and more of a pub grub meal, than fine dining experience. Although the food we had was very nice, just not what I was expecting from such a place. Breakfast, full English buffet, was lovely. The golf course itself was enjoyable for the most parts, some of the tee boxes and greens could do with some attention.
