Real good fun and very friendly pub

Nice drink of John's. Great beer garden, land lord and land lady pleasant and polite. Plus dog friendly.
First time visiting the grey horse in a long time, in particular since the new landlord and lady took over. 🤩 What a night, Robbie Williams tribute who was fab, such a great, friendly atmosphere. 🍻 Bar staff did not stop all night including the landlord himself making sure that tables were cleared at all times. Didn’t go outside for long but what a great area, sun catching ☀️ and safe for the kids to play too. Pool tables and darts inside. Toilets very clean 👍. My only complaint is the hangover I had the day after but I can only blame myself for that one haha 😂 😂
I'm an occasional visitor from out of town who pops in when visiting parents. Having known previous incarnations of this pub, I honestly believe that the current owners have worked wonders with this place and wish I could visit more often. The pub now has lots of space and atmosphere and the live music a real hit. I've been lucky to visit during key football matches and found the multiple screens a real bonus. I even noticed the highly polished floors. Keep it up!
