Absolutely lovely staff. Dog friendly. Best cask Ale selection this side of Masham 😉
Great traditional pub, wonderfully atmospheric old building, very friendly place with 7 or 8 cask ales at decent prices, great staff a good bunch of regulars and some great music! No food, unfortunately. Highly recommended 5*++
Clean friendly pub. Group of guys playing violins etc, great atmosphere
Really friendly/welcoming staff, quality selection of beers and good indie/rock playlists. They have a huge selection of beers and I've never had a bad pint there. The only bar I've been to since moving to Barnsley that I genuinely enjoy. If they had a TV for the football, I'd never leave the place.
Fantastic beer & friendly staff, good atmosphere, feels like a traditional pub but well looked after, we'll done.
