Lovely pub and staff but could of sold food and hot drinks aswell as alcohol

They have stopped doing meals now. But the beer and selections and staff and service are all excellent. It has been refurbished to an excellent standard. Well worth a visit if you are passing.

Good for pool.. Really good tables... Beer choice is rubbish... Just lager... Lager... Lager... So if you like anything with a bit of taste, nip to the coop next door and buy some punk ipa or docks beers cans... And sneak them in.....

Love this pub, landlady is smashing, very friendly and welcoming and the carvery.......what can I say.... apart from out of this world. Can't wait to go back for the Lamb Wednesday's. Only shame is I couk6d only offer 5 stars..it was that good.
