We were travelling from Australia and were shown this pub by our welsh relatives. This pub is a must to stop in after a walk along the beach nearby. There were great vegan/ vegetarian options for my sister, I had the fish and chips which I recommend. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the pub had the perfect cozy and warm atmosphere. If you’re near the area Plow and Harrow is a must do!

Great little pub with friendly and professional staff. We had Sunday lunch which was excellent. One star off which may be just personal to me, but the lamb was roasted with garlic. I have a severe garlic intolerance and would have appreciated a comment on the menu that garlic was being used. Otherwise, really pleased and will definitely be back. Well done all! .

Nice old traditional pub. Only had drinks so can’t comment on the food. Although it was a sunny day, we sat inside because of the characterful decor. Expect it would be lovely in winter as there’s a large fire place.

Great Ploughman's and a stunning Steak & Ale pie, you didn't need to hunt for the Meat!! Service was great as was the Black Dragon!! See you soon.

What an amazing find after a windy day in south Wales. We hadn't booked but the staff were happy for us to share a large table with a couple. The atmosphere was fantastic on a Saturday lunch time - made even better by the roaring fire that was constantly stoked. My Mum and I ordered the king scallops and blackpudding special, and my Dad ordered the beef and ale pie. The scallops were just amazing, and Dad's pie was chock full of meat! Dad had a couple of pints (HPA and then a local golden ale), he said they were good pints, well kept. I/we will definitely be back to visit the Plough and Harrow, hopefully staying for more than lunch next time.
