The Victoria Club as it is generally known, is situated on land to the east of Leigh Road, directly behind Hindhayes School. The land was deeded to the Victoria Field Charity on a 999 year lease for the purpose of providing sports and social facilities for the residents of Street and its environs.
Sporting facilities include cricket, indoor and outdoor bowls, an outdoor 5-a-side football area, squash courts (including an exhibition court), tennis, rounders and soccer.
The social area comprises two bars, a pool table, skittle alley and a large function room, available for club and private functions. Activities include bridge, bingo, the pigeon club, mother and toddler groups and Weight Watchers.
Each affiliated section has its own committee and provides a representative to join with trustees on the overall management committee.
It should be noted that membership of the Social Club is a pre requisite to joining any sports section.

Was a great place for my best man's wedding reception 40+ years ago, still a great place when we returned for his band's Christmas celebrations.
Went to a great party here. Very well appointed. Ample parking. Good selection of beers and gins. Friendly staff.
First visit to here. My nans wake was here, the staff were all nice and polite. Nice sized bar, with smaller rooms off it, so you could drink quietly if you wanted. Outside it was very spacious, large field to play on. Smoking area also. I did noticed a skittle alley and also a bowling green. Nice sized car park too with plenty of parking spaces. Easy to get to, and well signposted.
