We went for a birthday meal for 10 people. I chose it for the vegetarian options, way beyond the token offerings you usually get. I had the butternut squash strudel, delicious and filling. Meat eaters were also impressed. The creme brulee was just fabulous. Highly recommended.

Lovely room with plenty of space. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good but could be improved a little. Overall I recommend Five Dials. Location is very good. Staff went out of their way to help and communication prior to our stay was very good.

Excellent food in lovely inn with great staff. Visited on Saturday for dinner on the recommendation of our AirBnB owners - it was only a 5 minute drive away. Arrived to find a very full car-park - just managed to squeeze into the last remaining space! Inside we were originally shown to a table right on the edge of the restaurant area next to the bar right behind some very loudly singing locals - we immediately asked if we could be seated further inside the restaurant where it was quieter and thankfully this request was met. After that everything was excellent - lovely staff, some great local Harry's cider and both out mains (duck leg and sea bream) were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended and justifiably very popular!

Food is outstanding! Staff brilliant. Sahara is a great host and works hard to make sure customers are happy. Please bring back the beef burger as it was the best one I ever had! Andy and Lin x

A fantastic little place to stay. Three of us travelled, the room was nice and a good size for three adults. Staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The bar and restaurant is lovely with a great selection of drinks and a menu to suite all and great value for money. Brilliant atmosphere. Thank you.
