We are a traditional country pub which has been family run since 1980. Offering a wide selection of locally produced food and drink.
Our establishment is warm and friendly, welcoming regulars and visitors from near and far. With a wide range of facilities, customers can enjoy the tranquility of our gardens and the comfort of a cosy pub atmosphere.
Attached to the pub are large car parking facilities.
We have made use of our function room and moved our family eating area out there offering plenty of space.

We came for a quick lunch after a walk on the beach about 5 mins away, with no booking they were very accommodating of 7 of us. Good classic pub grub and dog friendly.
Absolutely incredible food, service was amazing. I cannot recommend this pub enough. Best pie I’ve ever had!
After trying another carvery and struggling to find somewhere to eat late on a Sunday evening I chanced and called the Red Cow. So happy we did. Wayne (lovely gent who took the call) managed to squeeze us in on the last table available for a late roast. Most other venues at 18:30 would give you any number of excuses not to serve you what’s on the menu, or have run out of other options, but this pub was fantastic! The staff serving were more than welcoming and the food was delicious. Large lamb roast for £15 kids for £8. Beer excellent. Deserts were a little pricy at £7 but if you can point me towards a better lemon curd cheesecake I’ll eat my hat. We left with full belly’s and a note on local places to visit. Would highly recommend. PS toilets were spotless. This speaks volumes on any venue in my opinion.
A wide range of meals, including vegetarian, served by friendly and efficient staff. The atmosphere in the pub is excellent. The food is delicious. It also has a large car park so groups should have no problem meeting there. All round a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
A traditional English pub serving great ale and food as you would want it to be in traditional (but CLEAN and well maintained) surroundings. Well managed hands on owner with a great team. Will be back soon…
